AIDS is the most common cause of death between 20 and 24 year olds. And at the MTV Staying Alive Foundation we’re on a mission to stop HIV before it even starts. Do you want to be part of it?
If you’re passionate about HIV prevention, creative, and under 27 then we want to hear from you and your organisation.
We are offering youth-led organisations the opportunity to a part of our grant-giving programme very soon for our December 2013 intake.
So, what’s on offer?
We give up to $12,000 to youth-led organisations implementing creative HIV prevention, education and awareness projects in their local community.
And it doesn’t stop there.
In our bid to ensure our grantees become strong, sustainable organisations, we offer a 10-day capacity-building workshop in the first six months of your grant and a personal grant manager to help guide and support you through your grant period.
If it sounds like something your organisation would be interested in, please keep an eye on our website as we’ll be opening calls for first round grant applications very soon.
View our Project Map to see the young organisations we already fund and are proud to call a SAF grantee.
We want YOU to join us in stopping HIV before it even starts – check out if you’re eligible.
