MTV RE:DEFINE is raising funds for MTV Staying Alive

Back again for a third year, MTV RE:DEFINE is a dynamic charity exhibition and auction that brings together iconic and specially commissioned artworks by established and emerging talent. This year will also see a special rock ‘n’ roll theme curated by Richard Phillips.

Over the past 2 years, RE:DEFINE events have raised over $1.7 million in Dallas for the fight against HIV/AIDS. 100% of the funds were donated to the MTV Staying Alive Foundation, to support innovative youth-led HIV-prevention projects around the world and train the young leaders of tomorrow.

This year’s artwork will be on show to the public from March 22, 2014, at Dallas Contemporary. The main RE:DEFINE event will take place on Friday April 4, proceeds of which will benefit MTV Staying Alive and Dallas Contemporary. The auction will be hosted by Alexander Gilkes of paddle8 and the show is curated by the Future Tense and Peter Doroshenko.
