It’s been a very exciting morning at MTV Staying Alive as today we launch our latest safe sex campaign ‘Ride With Protection’ in partnership with ONE Condoms!
Under the tagline ‘Ride With Protection’ the campaign is designed to encourage us all to have fun, but crucially, safe sex and make healthy choices in regard to our sexual and reproductive health.
The campaign features a public service announcement airing on MTV channels internationally, a print campaign running in the UK’s most read daily newspaper, The Sun, all backed by a red hot social media campaign. Keep an eye out for a cameo appearance by our brilliant Ambassador Ella Eyre too.
‘We are so excited to launch our Ride With Protection campaign in collaboration with ONE Condoms and The Sun. For 20 years the MTV Staying Alive Foundation has been fighting to improve the sexual and reproductive health of young people around the world. In ONE Condoms we have found a partner that shares our belief that young people have the right to make their own decisions about their sexual and reproductive health; and the right to safe and pleasurable sexual experiences. We hope this campaign reaches young people and encourages them talk openly about sex and to make healthy choices in regard to their sexual and reproductive health.’
Georgia Arnold, Executive Director
Get your copies of The Sun to find the campaign from August 6th until August 12th and check out the public service announcement on our social channels @mtvstayingalive and on MTV channels post 9pm for the next two weeks.
Enjoy the ride!
